Ajrakh print is produced in India and is a version of block printing using natural colours. As you can see from the designs, these are created from finely carved wooden blocks and multiple colours are used to create these beautiful designs.  Hand Block Printing is a very time consuming process starting with the process of carving wooden blocks to make stamps for repetitive printing of patterns by hand. As this product is made by hand, some irregularities in pattern and colour may occur.

This cotton is quite soft and fine and is ideal for floaty summer dresses or tops.
